Claims Reporting
One of the most important things you can do when you have a loss is
to contact us. Our claims professionals are available to help you at
1-800-648-6820.
If your claim is less urgent and you prefer electronic communication,
take advantage of on-line claims reporting. The on-line reporting process
only takes between 5 and 30 minutes.
If you decide to report your claim on-line, there are two options:
Abbreviated claim report
This form asks you for basic information about your claim. After
completing a few screens of information, you'll be given an option to
continue. If you choose not to continue, you can indicate that you are
finished and a Florida Auto Insurance representative will be in touch
with you no later than the next business day to gather additional details
about your claim.
Full on-line report
This form will ask for more detailed information about your claim.
Although it will take a bit longer to complete than the abbreviated
form, it is likely that we will be able to respond to your claim without
a follow-up telephone call. If you are unclear about a question or your
answer, simply leave the field blank and continue with your report.
